The fear: That the end of daylight savings time could cause your little one to start their day earlier (spooky, isn’t?).
The solution:
You have two options for dealing with the upcoming time change. The first is to gradually move your baby’s schedule ahead by 15 minutes every couple of days. This incremental change in their schedule will be barely perceptible and will allow you to shift your baby’s schedule an hour ahead so that, when the time rolls back, you remain right on schedule.
To illustrate this, I am going to use the sample schedule of a 10-month old:
